POPULAR AND RECOMMENDED

12 week Transformation package

A great package to get you started and everything you need to reach your goal. You will Receive 12 x 1-1 training sessions, Nutritional coaching, and upgraded program every 4 weeks, and all results recorded with possible photo evidence. Sessions are based upon 60 minutes depending on the client’s desired goals and work rate. Training programs will unique to the individual aiming to reach their target. Programs and nutrition will always be changed depending on the Progress of the individual to achieve the best.

First session will be a consultation and start of nutrition clean up and program. Duration may vary depending on condition of client. A photo shoot can be arranged for final results at an additional cost.

1-1 Coaching Services

Consultation / Program changes

Consultations are a must have before we get started with anything. We will discuss you goals, break them down and plan on how we are going to achieve them. You will receive a detailed training program and nutritional advice in this session.

1-1 Personal Training

Personal training sessions can be taken either inside or outside of the gym, aiming to put you through your paces or correct exercise techniques. It is important that you put in 100% effort and concentration to reach your goals

Block Buy Training sessions

Block buy 1-1 Training sessions with Kirtis bell at a discounted Rate. Sessions are based upon 60 minutes depending on the client’s desired goals and work rate. Training programs will unique to the individual aiming to reach their target. Intensity will always be changed depending on the Progress of the individual to always make it challenging.

First session will be a consultation to head in the right direction.

Train with a friend

This is a great way to make training more fun and more affordable. Have someone close to you going through exactly what you are. It is great to have you energy bouncing off each other to push yourself that little bit further.

Sessions will not be as personal and intensity may very.

Online Services

Online coaching is available to purchase and is a simple and easy way to be coached to your desired goals. This is a much cheaper method than paying for regular 1-1 personal training. Packages range from 8-16 weeks. Each package has tailored programmes and nutrition advice to get you into your best shape, plus regular emails and ideally you sending me progress photos so we stay in regular contact to make as many changes as needed before it gets too late. I will need Q&A filled out so the programmes and dietary advice are TAILORED for the individual.

This is a package containing a workout plan, diet plan and supplement plan that is designed just for you based on your Q&A assessment. One Off Tailored Packages does not include check-in's, amendments or online support from coach Kirtis Bell.
